Description
Both rock wool and glass wool boards are fibrous fire-resistant insulation panels. Available in bare boards or panels compounded with plain or embossed aluminum foil. Secondary processing like film lamination is supported. Rock wool is made from natural basalt ore, melted and fiberized at high temperature then cured. Glass wool adopts melted glass fiber forming & thermal curing. Custom density, thickness and size are available for global engineering bulk orders, widely applied in fireproof & insulation projects of construction, HVAC and industrial equipment.

1.Excellent fire resistance, non-combustible grade, no toxic flue gas when burning to meet most engineering fire codes. Rock wool features high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength, anti-compression, anti-aging and corrosion resistance; glass wool is lighter, easy to cut, low construction load and cost-effective.
2.Stable heat & sound absorption: Porous fiber structure blocks heat transfer and delivers great sound absorption & noise reduction performance.
3.Rich optional versions: Bare board or foil-faced board available. Flexible specification adjustment for standard delivery and customized project procurement.
Application
External wall fire insulation, roof thermal insulation, HVAC duct insulation, factory partition, machine room noise reduction, fire protection for steel structures, sound & heat insulation for equipment boxes, ship HVAC insulation, thermal protection of industrial equipment and other engineering applications.
